“I was searching for an apartment for months and Greystone Park accepted me one day after I applied. I moved in the day after that. I was skeptical because I signed the lease without looking at the unit out of desperation due to the current housing market and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I have been living here for about a month as of 05/24/22. Units are clean, new, and well maintained. The maintenance is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I put a maintenance request in for my AC not working and they were there not even 2 hours later. The unit could not be fixed that day so they set me up with a portable unit. They have kept me well informed with updates on all maintenance requests I've had to put in (my unit was previously a storage unit). Apartment is very spacious and neighbors are all super friendly. Though the area is not the best, I feel safe with my neighbors as everyone watches out for each other. There are homeless people who stay in the area but they don't bother anyone and the office is good about ensuring they do not interfere with the tenants. One of the homeless guys had his stuff sprawled in the road and they had the cops come and the Junk Trucks to clean up the space. Biggest thing living in an area like this: Don't get in other peoples business and they will stay out of yours. The office staff are very sweet and helpful. The property manager is really turning the place around for the better and active in the community. They have 24hr security on the premises. I do not review places often but this has been the best experience I could have asked for given my circumstances. I can see myself living here for years.”

“I had endured chronic lower back pain due to a latent unaddressed birth defect for several years. I had been approaching mitigation through a local orthopedic group. Epidural treatment worked once out of three attempts. It was at this point that my orthopedic surgeon said it was time for surgery. As he was approaching retirement, he referred me to a colleague. His references were excellent, however I couldn't agree with the highly invasive approach, accompanied by a very lengthy recovery. I then sought out a second opinion from Dr. Rajamand. After examining my records, he was very blunt about what his approach would entail. No outrageous promises, just facts presented in a manner understandable to a lay person such as myself. Long story short, I went with Dr. Rajamand, fusing L-3-5 and S-1. I'm currently three weeks post surgery, and the results far exceed his original estimation. "Old" pain is completely gone. Surgical pain is also gone save, for a bit of stiffness in the a.m. I am movement restricted to degree until the grafts have fused. Which means no bend, twist or lift until further notice, possibly 3 months. Small price for having my active life returned to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Rajamand to anyone with a spinal misery.”

“I am eternally grateful for Dr. Lemper and his staff. I had constant pain in my legs and foot due to a break, amongst other ailments. This pain was ongoing for over a year. I was told that I needed surgery to cut a tendon, which would basically result in having a foot that wasn’t fully functioning. This wasn’t an option for me. I consulted with Dr. Lemper and he gave me options to alleviate the pain without major surgery. It was the smartest decision I have ever made. My pain has completely disappeared. I am able to work out now, something that I wasn’t able to do for a long time without severe pain. He has also helped me stay on a healthy path with vitamin therapies. If I had to do it all over again, I’d see Dr. Lemper earlier. If you have any sort of pain, go see Dr. Lemper and the staff at The NICE Clinic. It is life changing.”

He redid my new liners to thicken the front tongue. Genius. He also fixed my friends new boots for a hot spot he had on his left boot. The store also has great sales.
