This company is easily the most ethical and straight up REO brokerage you will find here in Vegas. They don't even have in house agents. They only work for the bank, they have zero conflict of interest. You never submit an offer that is competing with an in house agents' offer, that's huge. Sometimes the asset managers that make the decisions are pretty stupid, yes, and they actually create tons of extra work for everyone, including this company, but that happens to all REO listing agents. I've met the owner and got to know him over the years. The guy busts his hump to do things properly and be nice to families they have to evict so it bugged me to see these comments, they are nonsense.”
