“The VA is a good place to go for a multitude of resources and benefits. What irks me is that the VA gets a bad reputation for its services and people when in reality most of the frustrations that veterans have is that they’re not prepared, didn’t do any research, or simply want everything done for them. I’m no professional, I’m a veteran myself that uses the services at this location and I gather all the information aforementioned from sitting and listening to the very loud and disrespectful people that come in yelling at the receptionists for no good reason. If you need help and you’re willing to help yourself, the VA is a great place.”

“I must say that Gary made me feel like a value customer and my moving day was great. Gary was very helpful and rented me a unit close to the elevator at a great value. I'm disabled, so my unit makes very convenience to move items in and out. This SmartStop location is very clean and very cool. Originally, I was trying to decide between Storage locations, but Gary kindness and his great customers skill made my decision easy. If you're looking for a location for your storage, given them a try, I did, and I'm happy so far.”

“I can't thank this group home and staff enough for the care they gave my mother. My mother was on hospice care after declining at an assisted living and needed more care. We found this home from word of mouth from staff of the assisted living. Prior to this, my family and I had no idea group homes existed. What a surprise to see the personal care given to my mother and other residents. The staff kept my mother clean and happy until her last days. “While glad that the pumps have been upgraded (yay for long hoses!), still needs a better queue area for all the waiting vehicles. Many cars actually queue in the wrong direction of a one-way parking aisle. Also, the long hoses aren't really advertised that much since it seems way too many people only go for the side closest to their tank opening - you'll frequently see empty spots even with long lines.”

“We needed wood look tile for our shower remodel but our contractor had trouble finding it. I took matters into my own hands and called Versatile at 9am on a Tuesday. They said they could order it, and have it to us by Friday, which would delay our project by a day or two. After placing the order, they called back a few hours later and said it would be on the next mornings truck. I was skeptical, but sure enough less than 24hrs after placing the order we had our tile in hand and our project was able to continue on schedule. Great customer service! I highly recommended these folks.”

“The guys at Silver State are amazing. They are pros through and through. They gave me a bid more reasonable and quicker than other companies I had contacted, I needed the work done fast, and they were able to schedule the disconnect, get the permits, and start within 1 weeks’ time from when I first called. I had an old fuse panel from 1964 that was well overdue for an upgrade. They ran into several code issues during the work and stayed late to do the job the right way when they could have just as easily overlooked them and rushed the job. That is integrity. I am so grateful. These guys take pride in their work and were very friendly and down-to- earth, and happily answered any questions I had. I would ignore those other reviews and definitely recommend Silver State Electric. Thanks, guys!”
