I would highly recommend George for your needs. He will carefully and attentively listen to your concerns and he’ll address them. I was extremely happy with the work he performed, did exactly what I wanted. He asked questions, to better understand and to get things done right. Like I said, I couldn’t be happier with the results. George is your guy for your firearm needs.
I had a case head separation on my RPR. I called Northeast Gun Works and spoke to George. He told me to bring in the rifle.
I’m happy with service performed, quick turnaround and reasonably priced. I can’t ask for more than that!

George is a great gunsmith very detailed with anything he does. His work is not cheap but u get what u pay for. If u want a cheap price and cheap work look at somone else. If u want someone that does amazing work takes the the time to get to know what u want, and does it right the first time! This is the gunsmith u want.
Great work by a careful craftsman! George fit a laminate stock and increased the length of pull to my hunting rifle and did a great job. During the initial consultation, he listened carefully, asked some questions, and gave a good description of the work he need to perform. He was patient and listened to what I had to say, and answered my questions in a clear and straightforward manner.
The new stock fits great and the rifle is now properly sized for my height.
I first met George at a local range. He was test firing an old 22 bolt action rifle that he had restored. The old gun looked great and shot well. I've seen some other pieces that he has worked on and he does careful and clean work.
I highly recommend Northeast Gunworks and will use George's gunsmithing services again.
