I am a spartan and over the years I have been beaten up not to mention my job that very physical at time lifting heavy boxes leaving me in pain almost daily. I went to the chiropractor for years but had no results. I decided to go to physical therapy to a actual fix the problem. Four stars because it took a half an hour to check in due to poor computer infrastructure at St Joes.
