“I worked with physical therapist named Kari, sorry if the spellings off horrible at names, but she was great with me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and kind. I am a spartan and over the years I have been beaten up not to mention my job that very physical at time lifting heavy boxes leaving me in pain almost daily. I went to the chiropractor for years but had no results. I decided to go to physical therapy to a actual fix the problem. Kari tought me better form, showed me different exercises and built up my core. I could go on and on but I feel great now. Doing my daily 4 exercises she gave me and always being aware of my form having no more pain. I have already recommended this to other people! Five star. “For the first time in a while I saw a doctor that I felt was actually interested in getting to the bottom of what I visited for. Dr. Messier was very persistent when working to identify a treatment option that made a lot of sense. Four stars because it took a half an hour to check in due to poor computer infrastructure at St Joes. It’s easy to blame on EPIC or whatever digital records system is being used, but we’re almost a decade into the ACA. Time to make an investment in your network.”
