“I contacted StairLift Headquarters in early January as I was having foot surgery the end of the Month and needed to make arrangements for a chair lift to my accessory apartment in my home. I was most interested in the rental verses buying. After much research I decided to give them a call. It was rather last minute but they went out of their way to contact me back right away. Karen from the office contacted me via e-mail. The staircase and entry was rather complex for this type of set up but after several e-mail exchanges with some photos they sent out a tech to take some measurements. As it turns out they had a way to install the lift. They gave me a quote on the spot. The quote was very clear and I had a choice to rent with option to purchase. Their terms were very flexible and I was quite happy with them. I contacted them the next day to say I wanted to have the chair installed, but my surgery was coming up within a week. Karen was able to schedule the installation of the chair 2 days prior to my surgery. The installer was on time, did an excellent job on the installation and explained to me how to operate the chair and answered all of my questions. I had such peace of mind knowing the chair was available when I came home from surgery. I'm now 5 weeks out from surgery and just had the chair removed. The tech who came out was every bit as efficient and professional as the installer. I could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. Everyone I dealt with was professional & pleasant. Their attention to detail and customer service was 1st class. If you are in need of a chair lift I would highly recommend StairLift Headquarters. “My son just turned 3 years old and has serious difficulties with attention/ hyper activity, self control of his body and listening. We went for private lessons 3 times (free of charge) and they worked with him one on one until he understood what was expected of him. He is now starting with the rest of the Tigers on Tuesday!! He is extremely excited and doing better at home and in school already. They give you papers to set goals for you child, that help make a home, school, and ATA connection. My son had trouble taking medicine when he is asked, but now he stands with his hands down and says “yes I can!” Highly recommend this place!”
