All of the employees-besides one, are extremely wonderful. I truly wish that I could give this establishment five stars because of how amazing practically all of the staff are. The female employee in which I had an issue with was extremely rude and disrespectful. I knocked on the door (which was locked even though it was past opening time) and she looked the complete opposite way. After banging on the door for a few minutes, she lipped that they were closed. What was the purpose of her ignoring a customer?”

“A family member uses a Sears MasterCard for points to gets great savings here. Unfortunately with their recent financial decline some large appliances were on back order as they can only keep so much in stock. If the appliance comes in it will be the 3rd over the years that they've received for free. Sales can be pretty good as well although they don't always have items I want. ????”
