I had actually reached out in about September of 2018 with the intent of making a purchase around then, but had to push it back close to 6 months because I had moved shortly thereafter. Despite that, the associate who helped me, Alex St. Pierre, was very friendly and incredibly helpful through the entire process. When I reached back out about 6 months after my initial visit, he remembered what I was looking for and had no hesitation to help. He made the process quick and easy, but was receptive to my questions. He kept everything in the price range I was looking for while not diminishing on quality. During my correspondence with Alex before actually making the purchase, he was able to find a few selections based on my price range and the quality I was looking for. When I came back for the second visit, he made things very easy and I was able to make a purchase right then. Setting up an appointment was easy and they responded quickly. I had few interactions with other staff members, but I was immediately greeted at the door in a friendly manner and an equally friendly exit. The store looks great as well, nothing but positive remarks all around.”
