“I will update my review when I get into contact with management. I was visiting family and we went to the outlets where I visited this location, October 5th 2019. I ordered myself and my girlfriends brother each a tea. So two tea's total. I was going through my bank statement today and noticed that I had two charges from this place. One for $10.33 (the amount I was supposed to pay) and one for $70.33. I have no idea what the 70 dollar charge is for since I didn't purchase anything but two teas. I did ask the cashier to change the flavor of one of the teas after I had already paid, but that shouldn't have charged me anything extra at all. I'm gonna go with the benefit of doubt here and say it wasn't malicious just a simple mistake. I tried calling the store, but the number went straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I was going to go to Twitter, but they have 6 followers and the most recent tweet was from 2018, so it's obvious that isn't used. Instagram is non existent and the Facebook doesn't give you an option to send anything but pre made questions. So here we are. If you're the manager or owner of the location, please respond back to this review so we can get into contact and get this issue resolved. Update. Called the outlet management office to get into contact with the store. The store called me back about an hour later and we went over the charge. The false charge was refunded and everything is good to go. It was, like I thought, a simple mistake. The manager also said they switched phone service providers to a voip so the new number should be updated soon! Bubble tea is really good and you should def try them out! I'm updating my review to 5 stars for the customer service and the tea itself.”

“Let me say I have never had such sincere an awesome customer service. I had the back of my fossil gen 4 smartwatch fall off, a known issue. I called customer service and was given 2 options, mail it in, or go to a store. I chose the store route. Considering I live a hour away from a fossil store I called in advance to make sure I wasn't making the trip for nothing. Upon telling Natalie, the woman who answered the phone my issue, I was cut off and told bring it it they would swap it out ????????. Now it gets better. They no longer had the style I had originally bought so she gave me some options and one was to upgrade to the next model, 5th gen and pay the difference. Well I wasn't able to get there until after all sales and discounts ended. Natalie took down my info and told me not to worry they would honor the sale price when I came in, at my convenience. When the day came that I was able to get there, it was a better experience in person then the phone call. Natalie was actually working the day I came in and remembered the phone call and was quick to assist me in getting a replacement. As I was told on the phone she honored the sale price and swapped the watch out and sized it for me. All and all, all brick and mortar stores as well as big name brand stores need to hire more associates like Natalie! She went above and beyond and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, she followed through. I would highly recommend fossil as a company and the fossil store at the Merrimack premium outlets!”
