  I loved attending Endurance even though I was on the older end (20 yrs old) Their staff is knowledgeable, competent, and also very approachable which you DEFINITELY won't find at any partial program. They have a basic yoga class Fridays which was a big highlight for me. I'm doing regular yoga because I was so happy doing yoga at Endurance. I only wish they knew about support groups closer to where I live for anxiety or ptsd (I had really struggled with those which is why I went there). I got info about groups in Portsmouth and Stratham which are a little far from the MA north shore area.
