I’ve been seeing Shane at Hampton PT in Seabrook for about 4 months now. Overall, it has been a great experience and I have been getting better. After the first two months I was still experiencing quite a bit of pain, Shane recommended I get x-rays done because he thought there may be more going on, sure enough he was right. I have also been having dry-needling treatments which have been helping my pain decrease. I really appreciate all of the time and effort he’s put in to help me heal.

I can't write enough positive comments about Hampton PT. Three years ago I was treated for a herniated disc. My therapist Kate used a variety of techniques for treatment, which in combination worked so well that I avoided surgery and am now about 98% pain free. In February of 2019 I dislocated my left middle finger. I was dismissed after receiving 8 weeks of OT treatment at Exeter Hospital. Dissatisfied with the results, I consulted a specialist at Beth Israel who recommended more therapy. I then called Kate and started seeing her. WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE! At Hampton PT, I get a full hour of therapy (compared to about 30-40 min at Exeter). Kate shows sincere interest in my progress and treatment. At Exeter, I felt like a number; get her in/get her out. In the 8 weeks that I have been at Hampton, PT my condition has improved greatly; less pain, and improved flexibility. I 100% recommend Hampton PT!!!

I have been to see Kate a number of times over the past few years for a variety of skeletal problems, some caused by age, and others caused by being hit by a car. Today, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kate is, IMO, without peer. She is simply the best. She is not only a highly effective and skilled physical therapist, but also an excellent diagnostician, quickly identifying the root cause(s) of discomfort.

The Hampton and Seabrook facilities (haven't been to Exeter) are staffed by friendly and highly professional people, and I usually actually enjoy myself interacting with both the staff and other patients. The physical and human environment is very upbeat. But, most importantly to me, the level of care is the best, and the results are unparalleled.

Something you may not know that is IF YOU ARE ON MEDICARE (don't know about other insurances) you do NOT need to be referred by a doctor! You can go straight in and start treatment without waiting to see a doctor first. I did that a few weeks ago when I hurt my back, and it probably saved me weeks of agony.

Thank you, Kate and the rest of the staff. I am a very happy patient!

I went here following a surgery I had after breaking my ankle in one of my amateur fights. The entire staff were so helpful from the time I called them to the time I finished my physical therapy. They worked with me to schedule appointments and were very accommodating. I was given full attention while receiving treatment and a program was developed to help me get back into the ring. They spent time talking to me about making progress and what needed to be done. Any questions I had were welcomed and they explained to me what was being done when they were treating me making the experience less stressful. I wasn't worried about whether I would get back to my full strength because I knew they would get me there. The staff was all about getting me back to where I was before my injury. On my last day of treatment I was back on my feet and back to training for my next fight. I couldn't ask for better results or staff assistance. I definitely recommend this place for any type of rehab necessary. If you want results and experienced, educated staff, this is where you want to go.
