His son used to move my machine and I'm hoping he gets back into it soon. He does aggravate me sometimes because he's too busy and can't answer his phone. Expect a couple extra days for non-emergency services because he's always trying to fit everyone in.”

I thought I had an oil leak a few weeks later but it was residual on my skid plate and I know the oil filter is in a hard spot. “This is my 2nd time going to Pep Boys for an oil change and this time around they went above and beyond. I didn’t have time to go, but my wife went. Later that evening when I was driving my car I noticed the fluttering that I experience when I press the gas was GONE. I learned how to change my car’s oil during the pandemic and I’m convinced - hate to admit it - that I caused my car to flutter like that because prior to the pandemic my car didn’t do that until I started doing work on my own. Another plus, I had an anti-theft lug nut stuck in the special socket from a prior accident and they removed it for me without me asking. Thank you to Sid and the team at Pep Boys. “Little too late for review, I quit Albany because of family emergency, I worked under Mr.Dwyne 1st shift, he was my team leader, and He surprised me, how good he was with his crews, his leadership was so good, he is true leadership, leadership is GOD gifted, leader as good as him hard to find, for sure. I was a head leader for three shift, also a planner for almost 500 items, and co supervisor at manufacturing environment for 16 yrs, so I can tell how good or bad leadership is.
