When you think of a personal trainer you may think of a juice head Guido barking orders at you. These trainers are so not like that. They are down to earth. And become your friends. The ladies you work out with are like a second family. You will laugh and have fun while losing weight that the hour of training flies by. You can be any age, shape, and/or size. There is a whole variety of ladies who attend this gym. I started Jan 3rd. It is now 8 Months later. When I started I was 238. I lost 6% body fat and I am now 200. Still a work in progress I know. But coming here was the best decision I ever made. HIGHLY Recommended!!!!!”
