“ERS did an amazing job restoring and cleaning my equipment after I had a ceiling collapse in my living room. On top of the debris from the collapse, the plaster, drywall, sawdust, etc. from the repairs managed to seep into the electronics, despite being wrapped up. Everything that looked like it was totalled (TV, AVR, PS3, PC, etc.) came back looking factory new. I'm a stickler for a clean PC, and they surpassed every expectation I had. “My laptop was so slow that I brought it the Staples in Amherst NH. Turned out the hard drive was failing. I had a service protection plan from a 3rd party purchased through Staples and it was an old plan they don't use any longer. With this plan I would have had to mail the laptop out, wait for them to fix and then send back. Staples didn't want me to have to wait so they replaced the hard drive, moved everything from old drive to new drive all within a few hours for $0.00. Thank you so much tech team!!!!”
