From being greeted by Maggie the little dog wagging her tail to Paul being upfront on pricing and accomadating my wacky schedule. Paul returned my call quickly and was able to get me on the schedule in less than 2 days. Getting a contractor to show up is half the battle, so I was delighted when that dump truck turned the corner 15 minutes early. Out of the driver seat energetically jumps the owner, I almost fell over. Lane was kind, patient, and full of love for the outdoors. I love my home and he willingly shared his attention to detail as if it were his own. If what we looked like by the time it was done, wasn't evidence of a perfect choice, my place being more beautiful than ever before is! “I've been going to Patriot for years now and seen some changes both good and bad. Used to be they would power wash and brush the car before entering the actual car wash and at the end they towel dried. Not any more. I paid basically 18.00 for the top of the line car wash and I should have paid the minimum of 8.00 since I really can't tell the difference. No brush before hand and no towel dry-wheels still dirty. I didn't have time to swing around to get it done again. I wound up calling and no answer every time. I don't want to totally flame these guys because over the years they've been pretty decent but I'm not paying the maximum to get the minimum... **Thanks for responding and the update information on all the work that's been done. I do realize there will be some things to sort out after the upgrades.”

“It's so hard to find a reliable and honest mechanic these days. I've had Doug complete extensive engine work done on a Honda Ridgeline to keep her running. By far, this is the only mechanic I'll bring or recommend any honda/acura automobile too. He is fair, quotes you prices on the work and informs you if there is other problems he ran into and if there will be another cost as well. He also checked the work my past mechanic did and corrected some minor problems free of charge. Even though we only have one honda auto in our family, I'm seriously considering adding more honda/acura vehicles to my fleet for the piece of mind Doug can service them. In no way am I being compensated for this review. Just want to help other honda/acura owners out there that Doug is a rare breed when it comes to an excellent mechanic.”
