Naturally there was all kinds of issues as there always seems to be at the cell phone store or the mechanic ???????? however the sales associate and solutions manager were beyond helpful and understanding as the minutes ticked by until I walked out at 7:30 when they closed at 6 however happy and fully upgraded. This location is fantastic.”

The staff was friendly knew their product and were very helpful. I felt Trevor and Laura were very honest with me and not just trying to make me buy yet I spent more than I intended but left feeling excited about my purchase. He answered all our questions and seemed sincerely interested in our conversation and helping us but also let us check out the store without us feeling pressured. When leaving the store my father asked for his supervisor's info so he could tell them what a great person they have working for the store but was told that wasn't necessary and he looked forward to us coming back to give our feedback whether good or bad. Felt the least I could do was give a good review. Will definitely be back soon”
