  This is the first time since buying my first car 20 years ago that I had a great and satisfying car purchase experience. Anastasia was amazing, she answered all our questions quickly and efficiently, understood our concerns, best of all she wasn’t pushy. We went in expecting to buy pre-owned but purchased a new vehicle and we are happy with it. Whenever it’s time to replace our other vehicle we know we will return to Bennett and Anastasia.

  My husband and I just bought a brand new 2019 Chevy Suburban from Bennett Chevrolet on December 6th 2018. Our customer experience manager was Hanna Clayton who was brand new to the company and the car dealership world, but you would have not even known that unless she told you.
  From the moment we arrived to look at the cars, Hanna was there to answer every question and show us anything we were interested in. She was very polite, educated, well trained, and had everything covered. She did not pressure us on any vehicle and understood exactly what we were looking for. We did a few test drives with her and she demonstrated all the car features. She was very pleasant and listened to our feedback.
  A few weeks back, Hanna was with us for several hours as well and never made us feel like we were taking up her time. She did an inventory search and located a car that matched exactly what we wanted and said it be in soon and she would call us. The day that car arrived she texted us immediately to schedule a test drive. We came down there as scheduled and there was Hanna waiting for us right on time and no hold ups. Our future purchase was waiting for us right up front and ready to cruise. Hanna had our paperwork ready to review to show us the breakdown of the numbers and incentives. She assured us she gave us all the rebates and discount available for that model. There was no hidden fees and the numbers were accurate. She also made sure that our trade-in was not low balled and offered us more money than another dealership.
  After agreeing and signing the deal, Hanna continued to make our experience epic. She handle all the insurance changes and then set up all the apps online to use as one of the benefits of owning a Chevy. She also set up our OnStar and did a final goodbye as we drove away in our brand new Chevy!
  We would like to express how amazing Hanna was and Bennett Chevy lucked out finding a great person to grow within their company. We look forward to another experience in the future with her! Also this was the first time we have ever felt no stress in buying a car and it was a positive experience. Thank you!

  My husband and I fell in love with the Chevrolet Equinox his parents purchased. His parents brought us down to meet with Bill and explore our options. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by everyone.
  
  Bill worked very hard to get us in a 2018 Equinox. Bill even sweetened the deal by sharing his stash of mints.
  
  We also would like to extend many thanks to Justin. Without the help of Justin we would not have been able to get our Equinox with payments that were comfortable for us.

  I went to the dealership already with the idea of purchasing a 2018 Spark in a specific color that definitely was not black which with my luck was the only one they had in stock so I decided to look at other dealerships for other options but due to how kind, polite, and helpful he was I made sure he had my phone number just in case something came up. Just a hour later, he texts me to let me know there were other color options for my car available that he would be able to trade with another dealership to get for me. The process was quicker than expected, and I was already on the road with a brand new car thanks to Alan’s perseverance!

  Overall, the salesman they selected, was knowledgeable, mindful of our budget, ask us questions to get the best vechicle, to fit our lifestyle. He was not pushy, he was helpful and friendly. Wild Bill is a good salesman, and he help us through the process quickly! He stayed extra late and made sure that all the paperwork went threw with the bank, the insurance co. And so forth. Good job.
