“Hello All, Back in June I visited the local Boscov's nearby where I live. Side note, I never enjoy shopping for myself. It is just one of those tasks, like folding laundry, that I just never enjoy doing. However, this visit was easily the most enjoyable shopping experience I have had hands down ever in my entire life. I came into the store seeking clothing for work, suits and shirts to be specific. As I cringed my way into the Men's fashion area I was greeted by a very well mannered young man named Michael. He was extremely professional, polite and most of all knowledgeable! Any and every concern or question that I brought to his attention he blew away with an option or recommendation. I was SO impressed that I went from just coming into the store for 1 suit and 1 shirt to buying 2 suits, 2 pairs of slacks and 4 shirts. Michael gained my trust, appreciation and respect. He provided a very welcoming experience for me. I hope that if he is still in that store that he can be recognized in some way for doing an amazing job. “While 30 miles from home I got a flat tire. Luckily there was this place not too far from where I discovered the flat tire. I pulled in and they were jammed which helped me to understand why there was no one at the counter when I got there. Shortly, someone came to take my info and keys. No more than an hour later I was on my way with a new-used tire. Could have sold me a new one; I would have bought it. They didn't try to gouge me which I am very grateful for. I have to give a shout out to Larry who was working the desk and, at time, under very difficult circumstances. He still treated everyone nicely and extremely fair. And if you read anything different do not believe it. There were five of us there who will vouch for him keeping his temper while dealing with a very difficult customer. Good job, Larry!”
