After asking me what I was looking for she went to work suggesting and bringing me items to try on. If something I liked was not available in size, Kim suggested it be shipped from another location or altered. Items were evem steamed while I shopped Needless to say I purchased 1 shirt and 6 others as well as some jeans.The store was clean, bright and all items were sized correctly. However, good thing about their employees that they help me so much and they try to look up everywhere and find it. I was happy with customer service. Store is also organized. Starting with a mold test and inspection thru complete remediation services; polite, prompt, kind, explained all the details so I understood what was being tested, and what I was seeing and how it would be treated, the affects. I felt like priority, though I am sure that is how all of their customers feel. They made time to come out for testing right away on short notice; which was appreciated; returned quickly to correct a missed location; no hassle at all, no extra fees. And when it came time to remove the mold, were careful, clean, friendly and prompt. I hope to not need their services again, but I highly recommend them if you do.”
