Steve was incredibly responsive (arrived 15 minutes early!), professional, courteous, and obviously knows plumbing!! He helped me with replacing plumbing in my shower, and a few days later when my old water heater started leaking he was here that day replacing it! Very reasonable rates. I’d recommend him to anyone!!

I've used Steve numerous times, and I would undoubtedly recommend him to anyone needing any type of plumbing service. He is smart, professional, thorough, honest, and reliable. There's no one I'd rather call in the case of a plumbing emergency.

Steve is a genius. He is competent and enjoys what he does. After 5 different plumbers came over and either said everything is fine or we have to excavate your entire yard for over 10K, Steve identified a very simple issue in 1hr and it was a very reasonable price.

We have been customers of Free Flo for around 8 years. When we moved into our circa 1930 home, we did so without a full appreciation of the unique plumbing challenges that would come with the territory. Within days, we encountered terrible (and terribly expensive) plumbing issues. We were given bad advice and ultimately were taken for a ride by plumbers far less honest (and skilled) than Steve. We were fortunate to be referred to Free-Flo several months later by some acquaintances when inevitably (and predictably) new plumbing issues emerged. Within minutes, Steve was at our front door and brought with him a level of honesty, professionalism and creativity I have not seen anywhere else.

We have relied on Steve for countless plumbing issues over the past 8 years and I always rest easy knowing that 1.) he will get the job done, 2.) he will never ever take us for a ride and up-sell or mislead us and 3.) he will bring his unique brand of problem-solving to the table.

I could provide many examples, but one that jumps out is a situation where our 90 year old bathtub stubbornly refused to drain. We had other plumbers walk through the door and give us quotes in the many thousands—telling us that we would need to rip out our kitchen, replace the entire line from the top floor down to the basement, and then rebuild the walls and rebuild the kitchen.

Steve showed up, was incredibly patient and thoughtful in his approach, and after hours and hours of careful consideration, solved our problem without touching our kitchen or impacting any other aspect of the home. Everyone else we spoke to told us the job would take several days and cost many thousands.The bill was a few hundred dollars.

Every other plumber we’ve encountered has walked through our front door trying to find ways to take advantage of what they perceived to be uninformed homeowners. Steve always does the honest thing and I can’t say enough good about him as a professional and a person.
