Stephen Carmona and his crew were professional, reasonably priced and at my house within minutes! We had a drain back up and flood my basement. He was able to fix it quickly, explain what the problem was in detail and explain what we needed to do to fix this from happening again. Stephen and his crew were so great we used them again for another project!! I would highly recommend using J & C Plumbing.

The best!!! Our water bill was 6x higher than normal and we found a leak in an unused outdoor closet in our basement. We called the day before New Years Eve and Stephen showed up right away! The woman in the office who answered our call was kind, helpful and respected the urgency. We needed time to figure out finances because it was a bigger project than anticipated. Fast forward to today, Stephen came in and the project seemed to be much bigger than we thought. He had to break through 2 levels of walls but kept all demolition small and reasonable. He constantly communicated what and why he was working on different areas of in the home. All in all, the job was done efficiently, safely and for a reasonable price.

It was not easy being surprised by a broken pipe that goes from your basement to your 2nd floor, but Stephen fixed it with ease and professionalism!! Thank you for helping us and dealing with our mess!

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable office staff (Jennifer) listens carefully to what you need and will schedule appropriately. Trustworthy Steve, the plumber, provides quality work with expertise. He found parts for faucets that were over 60 years old! Amazing! In my case, there was a mix up with the water shut off and on due to another job being done in my building and Steve was calm and cool and happily agreed to come back the same day to finish the job. Very impressive! The job was successfully completed and the price was right! They provide service that all customers deserve to experience. I highly recommend this outstanding company!
