I came to this gym during Covid. They were creative and used their equipment for outdoor classes. The instructors are by far the most knowledgeable in the area. The classes are for beginners all the way up to advanced members. This is one of the few gyms that ensures that whatever your workout entails, you are doing it with proper form and intensity. They offer group instruction, small group training, personal training, nutrition services, and an app that can be used for personal workouts. Highly recommend!!!

Great gym with a lot of equipment and separate training areas. A lot of variety in classes and boot camps. There is something of everyone there.
All trainers are great. I have been working with Jill and loving training with her.

I began my fitness journey just after Covid and the group training is what I needed to get me back on track. You can also use the gym without the group training. Everything is always clean and the staff is really helpful. Ryan, Jill, Joe, Adam, Sully, Danny and Alyssa are all the best just to name a few.

The trainers here are great. They teach you the correct format and never judge. The flexibility to do in-class and online is a BIG plus. The atmosphere and group dynamic is really wonderful.

So happy to have chosen Escape Fitness to continue my weightloss journey.
