“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly service rep who explained what services would be performed on my car's 20k mile checkup. It was quick and after I had dropped off my car, I received updates via text and email including a video recording of some of the checks done on my car. This was impressive but I wish the video clip showed more. Anyways, when I went back to pick up my car, I was greeted again by the friendly service rep who handled the transactions and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes.”
