  REVIVE Body Mind Cryo was my first venture in trying cryotherapy. Although I had read quite a bit about it, I still had many questions regarding its benefits. The staff was very informative and professional. The facility is also very nice and very comfortable. I recommend giving REVIVE a try!

  My husband has arthritis in his knees and shoulders. After the first treatment he felt relieve for several days. He will be going back to see about setting up a plan to use the full body cryotherapy for pain management. He relaxed with a massage afterwards in the salt room. The place was very clean and the staff helpful and knowledgeable. My husband is usually a naysayer for alternative approaches to healing but he really wants to continue giving this a try.

  Something everyone should try. Kathy was friendly and well qualified. The office was neat & clean. As for the Cryotherapy itself??? Very interesting, not as I expected, but somewhat pleasant. I expected teeth chattering cold and shivering, but did not experience any of that. 3 minutes and it's over.
  
  Medically, I have extreme arthritis in my hips, and diagnosed with CIDP and Peripheral Neuropathy in my feet and left hand. May have to have a local done on my lower extremities for a better determination on it's effect on PN, because your legs below the knees and hands are protected.
  
  Arthritis? My hips don't hurt +++++ and actual measurable strength in my left leg. So very positive results overall. We'll see how long the benefits last.
  
  I'll return in a month and try the local cryotherapy on my feet and legs.

  I love this location as well as the new location in Montclair! Both centers offer the best experience for cryotherapy. Justyna, the owner, is very kind and knowledgable about cryotherapy and halo therapy (Salt therapy). Both locations are clean and have a nice relaxing decor. I recommend this place to everyone. Give it a try!

  I recently tried cryotherapy at Revive. My body was sore from a 14 mile run the day before. After filling out a short intake form I changed and entered a chamber with -265F. To my surprise it felt good, no pain, stinging or frostbites. After a few minutes my body was pain free ! The place is very nice and clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended :)
