If unable to meet the client's needs, the owner will recommend that you seek another agency.... We didn't. In the interim the agency sent 'trial' aides. We had so much faith in the ethics of the management team. We count this agency as one of the few supporters of our struggle... In the end it was medical rationing that took my grandmother's life.
