  I don't need to work at the company But, I will say they have there objectives in order. By doing what they do and putting there staff first, in safety and leadership roles. That says wonders.. I salute you and all your hard work and dedication. Leading by example. More companies should take note, but by then it is to late, when you already have a leader doing it. I wish you had more facilities and more people who will definitely be in great hands with you guys.
