  Convenient location. Friendly employees. They will pick you up, and we also had the option of leaving our rental at the body shop when our car was done. We had forgotten to grab our E-Zpass and a few items from the trunk and the employee caught it all as he was checking in the car. The only thing is that it would have been nice to have recieved the car with a full tank but other than that everything was flawless.

  Had a great experience at Enterprise. I was in an accident and my car needed repairs so I was set up with a rental from Enterprise. It couldn’t have been more seamless. Katherine was very helpful from the time I got there until I returned the car. I highly recommend this location!

  The first day that I went into this location to rent a car, I was greeted promptly by name. Although I had to wait to get my rental, I never felt ignored. The wait wasn't long & they did their best to match a vehicle to my needs & wants. It was a very trying time in my family & they totally understood. They helped to make the transition to renting. They were totally awesome during my daughter's senior year from providing a car for us to go shopping in, to providing a wonderful luxury car for me to transport my daughter to her prom & an SUV to transport our family to her graduation. Enterprise as a whole has been very good to my family, but the Enterprise Belleville NJ gives that personal touch to their customers making people feel relevant, they listen well, bend over backwards to provide the car you need & make their customers feel important. Saying thank you seems inadequate to all that they've done to go above & beyond.

  This was my first time at the location as I have used enterprise before. When I went to pickup my rental I wasn’t happy with the size I selected which wasn’t a problem as they were completely prepared and had several cars available to me. I had reserved my rental on line and it was quick and easy. I defenitely will use enterprise again with any necessary rental as I truly had a satisfying experience.

  The customer service at this location is excellent. I’m in and out very quickly and everything is thoroughly explained to me.
  
  The car options aren’t great, however, if you aren’t satisfied with the car and let them know, they will do everything they can to offer you a car you’re more happy with.
  
  I would definitely recommend! This location offers the weekend special rate on the the smaller cars if you rent from Friday to Monday. I definitely recommend!
