“We recently dropped off my husbands truck to have a tail light replaced before traveling out of state for work. Although they were not able to help us with the tail light, Seth went out of his way to find us a new set of tail lights online that would fit my husbands truck and sent me the link. This saved us so much time and money. Seth also stressed the importance of us getting new tires on my husbands truck before traveling that far. He was truly concerned for my husbands safety. Seth knew from previous conversations that money was a bit tight and helped us get a good deal on 4 new tires and an alignment. My husband is now traveling safely out of town. We’ve been taking our vehicles to this location for years and this experience justified why we’ve been such loyal customers. I’m not sure how long Seth has been working there, but he was so helpful, thoughtful and kind. The best customer service experience we have ever had!”

He was also polite and nice all throughout the process. He explained that the float was out of place causing the problem. After fixing it, he tried using the dishwasher and it worked!”
