  I love "my Macy's" this time I was lucky to find a sales lady who was able to help me find what I needed. Last time I went to Willowbrook and of course went to Macy's and asked a girl if they had electric can openers she did not think and answered NO so went to the area and found the openers!! I was so annoyed that I went back and said to the girl who was doing nothing that she was making a salary by standing like a dumb statue!! The store was empty but she didn't even bother to go and see if there were can openers!!! Not fair for the customer or the store...

  Clear aisles, products easy to spot, plenty of samples to try, very helpful workers, organized areas, outstanding illuminated space, everything smelling so good. This is a paradise for shoppers!! You'll always find discounted merchandise, also your coupons go a long way in this place and the manager is always helpful to make you save even more... And what's the best: no one is pushy to make you purchase unnecessarily. This is the place you should take your time shopping.

  I visited the jewelry department, and was helped by Miss Janet.I
  told her what I was looking for and was very pleased how fast she helped in finding the perfect piece of jewely to complement my piece that i showed her.
  I am a person living with a disability with speech impediment so it was pleasing to have someone that was so patient, professional and knowledgeable that took the time to help me .
