I wasn't so sure after reading some reviews but have to say that it was an amazing experience. It was comfortable, low-key, and no pressure at all. She took the time to explain the fabrics, filling etc. Even when there was an issue with the delivery timeline, she immediately rectified and I was able to receive as expected. Customer service these days is lacking therefore it is always a pleasure to work with someone that has the personality and patients to work with customers until the customer is satisfied with the order. And I must mention that she did not just take the time with me alone but was able to multitask between customers without it being felt as if you were forgotten about or ignored. “I absolutely love this cafe! I wish it wasn’t attached to the mall and was located in in my local downtown area. The food is always fresh and the iced mint lemonade drink tastes super fresh as well. It takes a bit of time for the food to arrive, but for good reason. The quality, freshness, and taste says a lot about the standards of this cafe. Please open another one outside of the mall!”
