“I enjoy living at this location greatly. I moved in several months ago and can honestly say that the convenience of living so close to the train station as well as the follow up by the staff to any issues I've had has been amazing. It's very hard to consider that when moving to this Avalon Building there would be such a great sense of community but there truly is just that. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in living here.”

“Great small grocery store that serves the surrounding apartments. Do have someone good special deals and a Senior discount if you shop on Tuesday. Lots of prepared food in their deli. Larger variety of produce than you would expect in such a store.”
