“I was fairly confident that the job needed was a double compressor in addition to other various issues. I had called the purported "King of Sub Zeros" only to get a price out of the ballpark and I was rushed and shut down. In addition, the other company had a relatively rude customer rep servicing me. The rudeness coupled with the ridiculous pricing and attitude made the decision an easy one. I called Authorized Refrigeration, spoke with a most lovely lady who fielded the call with care, concern, and kindness. I spoke to a tech immediately, Eric. Eric immediately struck me as a true professional who spent his valuable time explaining the dynamics of what could have gone wrong. This assuaged my concerns that I found the "right one." He showed up, explained in detail the problems, what I asked, quoted me a price that was well below the other. He used only the best parts, as well. When all was said and done, he exceeded ALL my expectations, as well as leaving me with a feeling of satisfaction, not one of feeling fleeced and questioning myself. In all my years, I have never had a better service rep/technician for any appliance on all the levels--trust, pricing, knowledge, demeanor, care, concern, and satisfaction. Repair reps/techs are like lawyers and auto mechanics/dealer--you have to find the absolute best and ones you can truly trust to do what they say they will do--with integrity. 10 stars out of 5.”
