This place is a hidden gem! I originally went online looking to upgrade my phone, the reps online kept telling me that I had to put down $350 to get the iPhone 11. That was just absurd to me so i refused the "offer" and just started looking into how much it would be to get a new battery since thats all that was wrong with my phone. I found this location and went in because I know that sometimes the stores have different offers and promotions. A lady recommended that I speak with John, and Im so glad that I did! he was the most helpful, sweetest person ever. I wasnt able to get the phones on the day that I went, but I went back 5 days later and was able to upgrade my phone and add a new line. This experience was the best one Ive had wit sprint. If you ever need help, go to this store, and ask for John!

These guys put service before a profit when I walked in. You earned my loyalty and respect ???????? Anyone using separate phones for business and personal take my advice, get an iPhone 11pro running dual sims. These guys took care of me in 5 minutes

John is the man and extremely knowledgeable. I only buy my phones at this location and have been going here since I moved to Jersey. All the employees are great and helpful. John will get you the best plan for your phone or a great upgrade. My teenage son dropped his phone in the lake and John made it really easy to get a new phone. I highly recommend this Sprint store!!!
