  Art Jones is the only piano tuner I recommend! He has maintained my pianos for the past 23 years and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, precise in his work, and always prompt. He tuned my piano at my parents' house since I was a young child, traveled to my apartment in Philadelphia as l practiced my way through music school, and now travels to my home studio to keep my instruments in shape for myself and my students. Last spring, he installed a humidity control system and I have been extremely happy with the results. He is the best!

  Art Jones has been tuning my grand piano for 5 years now. I am glad that I chose him out of all the tuners that I have googled in the area. He always returns my calls and is always on time with the schedules we agree on. Otherwise he always calls if he's running late. Even my husband who is not a musician would notice the difference the piano sounds every time Art finishes his tuning. Now that the piano gets used a lot between me and my students, it definitely needs its regular tuning from Art Jones.

  I called Art based on his highly rated reviews. The reviews were 100%+ accurate. I called Art and set up an appointment for a specific date and time. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
  
  He is a professional and really took his time tuning our piano. I can now see how out of tune it was prior to his tuning it.
  
  I will not let my piano go so long between tunings and will definitely call Art again.

  I am so happy to have found Art Jones as my piano tuner. He is very professional, prompt and courteous. He sends me a reminder when it is time for the piano to be tuned and is willing to work around my schedule. My piano sounds wonderful when he is finished. I would gladly recommend him to everyone.

  Art's service is very professional. He returns calls and is always on time.We have not had our piano tuned in quit a while. Art was honest as to what needed to be done in order to get it to where it should be and gave us an estimated price prior to the service. He also sends us a reminders that it's time to get the piano tuned, which is very helpful.
