“Their coal fired neopolitan style pizza has great texture and amazing flavor. The tomato sauce is made in-house and adds amazing taste to the perfectly crunchy and chewy crust. You can watch the chefs toss the dough and place pizzas into the coal ovens while you dine. The meatball appetizer was juicy and moist, and was quickly devoured. Simply put, their pizza is nearly perfect! I would have easily given 5 stars except we had poor service from a server who very clearly doesn't like her job, which I disclosed to management. Your service will obviously vary.”
