“Pretty clean the rooms are HUGE one room feels like two because there are 2 tv's one for the bedroom and one for the sitting lounge (yes a sitting lounge) complete with a fridge, microwave, and couch and 2 tables, big windows in each room and decently sized bathroom nothing crazy. Also did I mention that there are doors between the lounge and bedrooms for guests I guess. And from the outside hallway there is a door going to the bedroom and another door a few steps down to enter the lounge. Great hotel!”

“Staying at this wonderful charmer of a bed and breakfast made our honeymoon night perfect for us. We both love antiques and things from a by-gone era and we felt at home right away. It had so much more charm and personality than a sterile hotel would have! Our hostess Phil was a delight to interact with (as well as her little gentleman of a dog, Dash). The breakfast she prepared was delicious. Our honeymoon suite was spacious and had lots of beautiful little details in the décor and woodwork. Loved the poster bed with the crocheted lace canopy! We would highly recommend this to anyone who loves old world charm.”

“My husband and I stayed here for my sisters wedding and we will definitely be back. The room was large, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Tammy the front desk clerk was very friendly as soon as we walked in she welcomed us and checked us in very quickly. We asked for a late check out and she was happy to assist. The location was perfect and the price was great for 2 days. We are planning on going to six flags for Christmas and we will definitely be staying here again. If your looking for a clean reasonable hotel this is it.”

“I love staying here when I'm driving down the turnpike, the restaurant next door has really good wings and a fairly good draft list. Great spot to crash when passing through on business. Standard HGI property oh, breakfast buffet looked pretty good as I passed through.”

I only looked because I always look under these to make sure I am not leaving anything behind I may have dropped. I didn't lower the score though because it didn't detract from my stay.”

“From my initial phone call to book my room at the HillTop Motel I knew I was going to enjoy my stay here. The gentleman who answered the phone was so respectful and polite. The area is very peaceful. The rooms are clean, shower worked great and was clean, the beds and pillows are comfy! Flat screen TV was nice, AC always worked. Great bang for you're buck!! The ladies in the lobby are so sweet and fantastic. They made sure my pregnant wife was comfortable and those ladies made her feel so welcome that the HillTop Motel is our go to choice for a peaceful/relaxing get away and we always recommend it to family or friends looking to get away. “We attended a wedding on base and stayed here. After reading all the negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and well equipped with a nice fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, etc. It even had a wine key. The staff at the front desk was polite and friendly. Housekeeping folks were friendly and courteous. We also got a great group rate for the wedding. I would definitely stay here again.”
