Because Firestone is on base and I get overwhelmed trying to figure out where to get my car looked at, I went to the nearest location during my lunch break. The guy at the counter was very nice, talked in terms I could understand, and put me at ease. He went outside to look at my car, found the simple fix (tire pressure), and fixed it on the spot FOR FREE! His co-worker was extremely laid-back, too. I'm always nervous going to car repair places because of all the horror stories I hear about non-car-savvy people (me) getting scammed. Firestone employees didn't pressure me in to any upgrades and made me feel welcome. They have my trust 100% and I'll be dealing with them again if I ever need work done on my vehicle.”

“I have known Brian Solarski for a little over a year when he had to replace my AC unit last summer. Throughout the year, no matter what my question, he ALWAYS answered right away. Thankfully he told me to register my unit so that it would be under warranty because there wound up being a leak in the new coils. I told him my AC wasn't working and he came out immediately to see what needed to be fixed. He replaced the coils, all under warranty. Brian has been extremely flexible with my hectic schedule, but most importantly, he treats me like a person and not a customer. Highly recommend!”

Being a predominant military community, the owners really take the time to get to know the customers and find out where they are from. I personally feel their inventory reflects that. They had the the beer from the small brewery located down the street from where my boyfriend grew up! It’s the only place we have been able to find it! Do yourselves s favor and shop here! Talk to the owners, get to know them and give back to the community. We are going to miss this place tremendously when we move!”
