“I read the other reviews which prompted me to write this one. I just purchased 14 new machines from them. Their prices are better than other companies I spoke to. Their price includes everything (delivery, installation, haul away)...where other companies were charging extra. I bought a brand I am not familiar with, so I am hoping they will perform well and repairs will be minimal. I agree dealing with their service department is not a great experience and the warranty only covers parts, not labor. I have my own repair guy so hopefully he can fix them when needed. But overall I like dealing with this company. They are not pushy like their competitors. The president and the Primus rep came to my Laundromat and met with me and answered all my questions. Their trade shows are fantastic and informative.”
