  Broke my MacBook right before needing to submit a college final. I called them to see how much it would be to fix. The guy on the phone was so concerned about my final that he actually told me how I can screen monitor to a tv to complete the final. Wasn't worried about me bringing it in to fix it and make a buck off of me, but instead with helping me resolve my problem. Still going to get my computer fixed by them strictly because of the excellent customer service.

  Absolutely astounding customer service and expertise. Was in the area for a weekend getaway and took my Mac in on Saturday night to have some keys replaced. Ended up purchasing a mini iPad 2. The decor is intimate while still retaining the tech elegance via Apple products largely. Came in the next day and the owner greeted me and treated me as if were visiting his home. The rep even replaced my keys for free. Really, really, really glad I found them. The real deal.

  We recently went into stress mode when our 27 inch iMac went down. It is our businesses work horse. Experimac diagnosed the problem. Graphic card and operating system. Replaced both and it’s all better. These guys are spot on. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The entire team is second to none. Thank you to all hands on deck. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your repairs and everything for PC and apple products.

  Amazing and fast service!! My iPhone screen was completely shattered and my phone would die half way through the day. I brought my phone here and they replaced the screen and the battery. My phone looks brand new and I don’t have to charge my phone half way through the day anymore. Highly recommend going here!!
