“Absolutely astounding customer service and expertise. Was in the area for a weekend getaway and took my Mac in on Saturday night to have some keys replaced. Ended up purchasing a mini iPad 2. The decor is intimate while still retaining the tech elegance via Apple products largely. Came in the next day and the owner greeted me and treated me as if were visiting his home.
