“I really enjoy the program. It is a lot of fun. You definitely get a full body workout. My body is sore the day after and the day after that!! My personal moto is “No pain no gain”, so I welcome the soreness. I like that the education does not stop at the workout, they are very informative about fitness and nutrition after the class. The location is great as well as the class times. The staff is really supportive and is always around to make sure I am doing the correct technique. All of the members are very friendly and inviting. I am really looking forward to my journey with Ultimate Kickboxing.”

“This experience was so wonderful!!!! First of all the transport was for my grandmother and the guys who came were so great with her!!!!! They were patient and kind and went above and beyond to ensure her safety and comfort!!!! I rode with them and my terrific experience didn't stop when we got home...I left my phone in the ambulance and didn't realize until after they left. When I called the office they located my phone and another employee offered to take time out of her personal time after her shift to meet me with it!!! Every single person from this company went above and beyond for my grandmother and I and I can not say enough how much I appreciate their service!!!!!”
