“Nice little park considering it is in the city and can get a little crowded and noisy but it does give a nice area for walks and a playground for the kids as well as ball fields. I'm not sure about the lake being able to be used for anything more than fishing since no one had a canoe out on it, I was there in February and only know a few of us that put canoes in the water that time of year but if you are local and want to look into it it might be a good spot for that as well.”

“This is a very pretty park for families and individuals. The path is great for walking or running, and is mostly flat. People are always fishing along the banks of the lake. There is an area with picnic tables and a children's playground. In the summer, it can get pretty hot walking in the sections where there are no trees to provide shade.”

“Great spot for outdoor activities! I've biked, ran, and walked here. Always something going on. Even have dragon boat racing. This particular day I was attending a breast cancer walk. There always seems to be a 5k or walk going on here. The restaurant (LaScala's) is great too! I even believe in the winter they set up an ice skating rink in the park.”

“Great park trails both - paved and open or wooded and cleared, dog friendly, wild flowers and planted. Well manicured where needed. Quiet and deceptively buisy. Meaning always peoples and families but large and open enough for private enjoyment. And my friend is Earl he loved and enjoyed the park also and is looking to be adopted please contact Camden County Animal Shelter if interested and thank you for reading and those who planned worked on and maintain the park.”

“This is a nice place to walk. Depending on how you do it, you can make a two or three mile walk out of it. It's usually cool-ish in the summer because the path is mostly shaded. They recently refurbished several of the bridges on the path, which was a bit disruptive when it was taking place, but a very nice improvement. The only downside is it can get pretty muddy in places. They have been trying to address this by putting down stone in those places. That has helped.”

“Really loved coming to this park as a kid, tons of fun memories and considerably clean. Safe and fun for kids, in a residential area, within walking distance for a lot of families with small children. Added a dog park and basketball courts sometime ago as well. Highly recommend!”

“What a great find! I have lived in the area for a few years and I never knew about this place. It is a nice playground...nothing too fancy...but has LOTS of trees and shade so it's a relaxing place to hang out while my kids play. It also has Pickle Ball courts, which I haven't tried yet, but it looks like great fun. Ther is also a very nice walking, biking, rollerblading path just across the street.”
