  We couldn’t have been happier to find Hanley Strength Systems while staying in Cape May for a wedding. The space is clean, well arranged, and has everything needed for a great strength training sessions. Mike, the owner, is a great guy and helped coach me a bit while we worked out on our own.
  
  I’ll definitely go back to the gym on the next visit to Cape May.

  I often visit Cape May county, and this is my favorite place to keep up on my training. It has quality equipment, very clean and organized, and great programming. Its a very friendly place that harbors a close community of good people. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and welcoming place to work out.

  I Love this gym. Everyone supports everyone else. Everone cheers you on and is excited about your success. It’s a no pressure/relaxed atmosphere. The training is phenomenal and personalized to help you meet success. And extra nutritional challenges happen often for you to choose to join or not.

  I’ve been with Hanley Strength Systems for over two years now. Not only have I lost weight, but I have gotten stronger and can now do things I never imagined! The energy throughout the gym is only positive and uplifting!

  Hanley Strength Systems rocks! The atmosphere is great and everyone is always willing to help. We work together motivating each other during group classes and thrive. Mike Hanley is a great trainer/teacher who motivates me to continue on this journey. He’s great with all age groups and has a true passion for what he does! I appreciate what he has done for me so far and look forward to new challenges.
