“I am very pleased with this Urgent Care location, especially as a local with many to choose from. This afternoon I called to see if Dr. Ken Cramer was working. From the moment I was connected on the phone to Marie on the other end in the office, until the moment I walked out of there after being seen, I was treated with the utmost curiosity & kindness! Marie was as pleasant and helpful as humanly possible on the phone & when I walked into the waiting room. The nurse, Bob, who took my vitals & also assisted Dr. Cramer was attentive, knowledgeable and very professional! Dr. Kramer has been a weekend savior for me over the last few years for a reoccurring, life long condition, and I wouldn't want any other doctor taking care of me!!
