She is so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and great at her job. She even noticed a potential health issue I didn't even know I had and frankly helped save my life. I called there for an animal cruelty case that happened that they were a victim of and I heard about it following up. the person that answered the phone on 11-20-18 was very kind and helpful to me and explained the police were called and it happened to the store next to theirs. I asked her a myriad of questions pertaining to the incident and she handled them all and did not even vaguely attempt to circumvent the questions at all.
