  This place has been so good to me. I just bought my house and was so overwhelmed with all I had to get done with moving. Both Michael and Debbie has given me nothing less than great customer service. The delivery came on time but I had to return the laundry center. The following day I called Michael and he was already ready to do my exchange and to have my new items quickly delivered on Saturday. I left very happy and excited for my new appliances. The entire West Orange team has been great. Can’t wait to shop with them again :-)

  I purchased a living room set at the West Orange store - within 30 days of purchase there was a rip/tear in one of the pieces of furniture - the insurance policy we purchased did not honor the defect - however when going back to the West Orange store and talking with the Assistant Manager Mike - he went out of his way to help us, calling the insurance company, district manager and the manufacturer to get us a resolution - after a few days he contacted us to let us know the furniture would be replaced. We are truly grateful and really appreciate Mike for going above and beyond to get us a resolution to our issue. Because of Mike's customer service I will definitely return to the West Orange store for my furniture/appliance needs. Thanks Mike !! you are awesome !!!

  I can't say enough about Debbie Tassillo. She is the epitome of an exemplary employee, giving the extra effort and attention to making sure this experience was great. She was knowledgeable from a sales standpoint and followed through to the delivery of extra parts. She is an asset to this company. The place has a wide assortment of appliances, some scratch and dent and the rest in perfect condition. I would recommend this place and be sure to ask for Debbie...she is a dedicated employee and fantastic customer liasion.

  I had been sent to the West Orange location by a Sears chat person. I was supposed to pick up a manual that I needed for a new stand mixer I had bought since I do not like using online manuals. Turns out it is no longer a Sears outlet store. Debbie, at the desk, was extremely helpful. She listened to my story & I showed her the pictures I had taken of my chat screens to explain. She was able to print out a copy of the manual. She was under no obligation to do so, but instead of taking the easy way out, she went that extra mile to help me out. I am so impressed by her sense of ethics.
  
  Afterward I did spend some time looking around the refrigerators, washers, dryers, and stoves on the floor. I was impressed by the savings possible (although there were lots more dryers than washers available). And I am absolutely going there to check out available stock when I need to replace any of those items. A serendipitous occurrence. I now know a person & a place I would trust to help me in my future purchases.

  David & Jason are phenomenal and knowledge filled! They know every item on the floor front to back it’s awesome getting your questions answered knowledgeably!
  
  The Store Manager Debbie is a sheer pleasure to speak with while your transaction is being processed, not to mention the seamless operation she runs as well as they true love and care she has for her employees.
  
  Josh’s smile and calm demeanor can calm any frustrated customer!
  
  And the delivery guys are beyond quick, precise and efficient!
  
  I love this store and with the new acquisition there are now a HUGE ARRAY of products!!
