  The actual facility is great and I would give it five stars. However, personally I like to workout in a much louder environment where I really don't have to whisper to my workout buddy. But all in all its a great facility and plenty of machines to workout so not much waiting necessary.

  Has most of the equipment you could need. You can do heavy bag training and box jumps too.

  A wide variety of clean equipment and machines. Hardly anyone there before 7am. Nice locker rooms. Plus it's free for students and alumni, great place.

The Rowan Fitness Center is a 17,000 square foot facility featuring 39 pieces of traditional cardio equipment, 12 pieces of high intensity cardio equipment, 19 pieces of Precor selectorized strength equipment, 6 olympic benches, dumbells up to 125 lbs, and a Queenax Functional Training System.
