As a doctor of physical therapy that understands and preaches the importance of proper form, I am amazed how the coaches of CF Diversion made sure each one of their members during the class (myself included) performed each exercise with proper form and to never sacrifice it. Their encouragement and the camaraderie of everyone there really helps to push yourself to the next level. I look forward to achieving my goals with them and will definitely recommend them to all my clients knowing they will be in the best of hands!
