Matt was diligent with scheduling and detailed in explaining the HVAC tune-up & smart thermostat installation process. With 20 years of experience, Chuck tackled the Nest thermostat installation in detail to ensure everything worked perfectly during the summer and winter. I'll recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

(September 23, 2022, 11:25 am)I picked up a "break/fix coverage" on my home Central Air system. During a hot spell (of course) the system abruptly stopped. Called for assistance and was told I would be contacted by Black Horse Pike Plumbing within 4 hours, which actually took place. They set an appointment, arrived on time, sent one of their quality and knowledgeable HVAC technicians (CHUCK) who left no stone unturned to check the entire A/C system and diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix the existing problem but he made changes to what he saw as "soon to fail" and "potential problems" so that the A/C is running like new. What a double win for me... I've got my HVAC problem fixed and found a reputable, honest, thorough and professional plumber.
